In error I hit the ‘not received’ button. First order went MIA somewhere in Utah. Called customer service to check status…they confirmed the MIA filters. C/S resent on a Wednesday …. I received new order on Friday of the same week. Excellent C/S. As far as I can tell they are working well …….. I see no dust (or whatever) on various surfaces. I take that as a good sign and will reorder from you when the time comes! 😊

All air filters have a nominal size and an actual size.
The nominal size is rounded up to the nearest whole or half inch, and printed in a larger font.
The actual size is an exact physical measurement of the filter, printed in a smaller font.

If your previous filter does not have dimensions printed on the frame, use a tape measure and record the length x width x depth. Then, round up to the nearest half inch to find the corresponding nominal size.
